1. Service Availability

Same-day delivery is available in selected UAE cities:

• Dubai
• Abu Dhabi
• Sharjah (selected zones)

Orders must be placed before 2:00 PM GST.

2. Delivery Window

• Same-day delivery: 4–8 hours
• Express 4-hour delivery (Premium fee may apply)

3. Eligibility

Available only for:

• In-stock items
• Standard perfume bottles
• Non-bulk orders

Large gift hampers may require additional preparation time.

4. Charges

Same-day delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on:

• Location
• Product size
• Delivery urgency

5. Failed Delivery

If the recipient is unavailable:

• Re-delivery charges may apply
• Refunds are not issued for same-day service fees once dispatched
