RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

• Product is damaged

• Product is defective

• Wrong item delivered

Products must be:

• Unused

• Sealed (for perfumes & gifts)

• In original packaging

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

• Opened perfumes

• Used cosmetic items

• Personalized gift hampers

3. Refund Process

Once approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days

• Refund will be issued via original payment method

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from anooca.

4. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
